I want all the colour

Colour is something that is great to play around with and it really plays off to be bold in your approach. This mother of pearl skirt is a great buy and holds everything else together. Once again ASOS are winning with their amazing accessories, this leather backpack is one of the best I have seen around and is perfect for carrying everything you need in your day to day life whilst adding a little masculinity. Guilty pleasures.

As some of you may have figured out, I love underwear. It is the first thing I treat myself to every month come pay-day and this month is no exception.

However the source of my purchase did some what surprise me, whilst out getting my lunch at M&S, where I would normally contemplate if I want sweet and salty popcorn or spicy lentil curls, this amazing set caught my eye. Mustard and hot pink silk perfection! Well done M&S, I will definitely be back for seconds if the A/W range is anything like this!

Sorry for radio silence this past week, I was lucky enough to get a guest weekend pass to Latitude festival (which was amazing) so blogging had to take a back seat for the long weekend. However I am now back and fully recuperated!

Since being in a field for the past week I thought I would go to the opposite end of the scale and share with you my current go to look for my work uniform. I was never really a trousers girl, but as I get older they are becoming a true wardrobe staple for me. I love these ones from River Island they are the perfect carry over from summer to winter as they have a gloomy look to the bloom. I then keep everything else simple, and let the statement piece speak for itself.

Weekend Warrior
